Custom Puzzles are typically done within (1) week depending on our work load.

They are 2mm thick – we use a high quality puzzle board for all our puzzles.

The image you use will depict the quality of puzzle you get. We do not recommend using photos off of social media (Facebook & Instagram) as they are typically always blurry. No Screenshots either. Images that are 1-4MB or 300DPI would be recommended.  Most phones take high quality images these days.

We have a flat rate of $15.00 if you need your puzzle shipped to you or we have a FREE local pick up if you are in the Vernon area.

They are made in our shop located in Vernon BC, Canada

As our custom photo puzzles are printed on demand upon purchase, we’ll be happy to refund your order if the image doesn’t work out before the puzzle is printed. In this case, we’ll contact you to make arrangements and you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that customized products are not returnable.
